If you have any general concerns that you would like addressed at this meeting, we will try to accommodate as best as possible. Please forward those concerns to us no later than 12:00 Noon on Thursday, November 3th . We will consolidate the questions/concerns and discuss as part of the CEO report.
The board follows a format similar to that of the District whereby we review and discuss all of the agenda items and vote on the resolutions pending. Note that this format allows for public input during the Community Comment section only. If you plan to address the Board, you will need to pre-register. To register for Community Comment, please send an email to email@example.com no later than 4:00 PM on Wednesday, November 2th. Be sure to include your name and affiliation — parent, community member, etc.

Good Evening, my name is David Hussey. I serve as General Counsel to the Independence Charter School – West Board of Trustees. Will you please state your name for our records?
You will have three minutes to address the Board of Trustees. Any documents or communications that you might supplement your comment with should be submitted to me. I will keep the time and notify the board when three minutes have elapsed.
This Board may choose not to comment, question or respond in any way to your public comment. I will begin the time now.
